1 c. skim milk Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. orange juice concentrate (no sugar added) 1 c. strawberries or your favorite fruit 6-8 ice cubes Procedure: Put milk, sweetener and fruit in blender. Blend while adding ice cubes, one at a time. |

4 cups of ice cold skim milk 1 small box of sugarfree/fatfree instant chocolate pudding 2-4 ice cubes 1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired ½ of a small container of whipped topping Procedure: Blend all ingredients except topping until thick and frothy. Carefully incorporate the topping.Serve immediately. |

1 frozen banana 6 oz. skim milk 1 tsp. vanilla Procedure: In blender, crush banana 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients and blend 1 minute more. Delicious. One serving. 208 calories with orange juice. 180 calories without orange juice. |

2 cups of diet orange soda 1 cup of orange sherbet (220 calories per cup) 1 Teaspoon of grated orange peel, if desired 1 slice of an orange for decoration, if desired Procedure: Spoon sherbet into frosted glasses. Sprinkle grated peel on sherbet and slowly pour in the soda just before serving. Garnish edge of glass with wedge of orange. |
